Good to know before you buy
Which size should I get?
Go by chest first, then weight (see the size guide above). If your pet is between sizes or has a deep chest - French bulldogs, pugs, dachshunds - choose the bigger size. Too small a bag pinches the legs; snug with room for two fingers is right.
Can my pet jump or wriggle out?
A bag that fits well holds them securely, but no soft carrier is escape-proof. For nervous pets, keep a harness on and clip the leash to it while they ride, and keep a hand near them for the first few outings.
Does it work for cats?
Yes, for small cats. Most cats need a few days to get used to it: leave the bag open on the floor with a treat or a familiar blanket, then try short sessions at home before going outside.
Will my shoulder hurt?
The strap is padded and adjustable. Set it so your pet sits at hip height, close to your body, and switch shoulders on longer walks. For pets over about 15 lb, it's best for shorter carries.
Is it OK in hot weather?
Your pet's head and paws are out, but they're also close to your body heat. On hot days keep outings short, stay in the shade, bring water and take them out if they pant heavily.
Can I use it in the car or on a plane?
No. It's made for walking and short outings. For cars, use a crash-tested restraint; for flights, use the carrier your airline requires.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and let it air dry. Don't tumble dry.

Little padding for the rear legs when worn. Only suitable for very short distances. Otherwise well stitched.
There could be a way to adjust the bag to fit the dog's body, like a belt, which would provide more safety for both the animal and the owner.
It's good, the quality is also good, but they didn't come up with handles; they're plastic and a bit heavy, and will hit the pet's sides.
Dachshunds have short legs.
